Sweden’s Gillis Grafström has the most figure skating medals of all time – four – and all in men’s singles at that. He’s also got three golds in the mix – the record for gold medals – scored in the 1920’s.
Eleven athletes collected three figure skating medals in the Winter Olympics, more than half on the women’s side. Norway’s Sonja Henje’s and the USSR’s Irina Rodnina’s three were all gold.
